App worked great. I want to hear about how happy people are with the insoles, though. That's the point. The only thing is I wanted to retake the pictures. No way to re-upload the pictures.

Useless app! It literally doesn't even follow its own instructions. When aligning the phone against the wall before taking measurements of your arch, it takes a picture and then goes through the voice prompts for each foot, but doesn't reactivate the camera so you can't tell if your foot is even in view of the phone let alone actually take pictures of your arch on each foot. This renders the app useless as it's only purpose is to take pictures of your foot for proper measurements.

Even after the recent update I cant use the app. Just says "couldn't connect to sever please try again." Really wish this app worked would save me alot of time and money..

Cannot connect to server. I wanted to go on, price the insoles to see if I want to use the service, but anytime I do anything I just get cannot connect to server

Everything went well talking measurements. After the measurements kept saying cannot connect to server. This was with both my wifi and cellphone Network so I know it's not internet issue.

Cannot Shop. Measurement went great, but when trying to Shop, it says cannot connect to server. Closed down, everything, still does not work.
