Founder and Chairman - BayAsian
Lokman Hossain is a highly experienced professional with over 19 years of experience working in various multinational companies. He has worked in highly regulated markets in multicultural environments across the globe, primarily based in Singapore.
His expertise includes Supply Chain, Total Quality Management, Lean Management, Quality Systems and Auditing, Performance Management, Data Analytics, Project Management, Operational Excellence, Value Engineering, Risk Management, and People Management. Lokman holds both a graduate and post-graduate degree in Microbiology and an MBA in Operations Management & Management Science.
Lokman has published three international research papers in the UK, USA, and India, and he is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in the USA and the Project Management Institute (PMI) in Singapore. He has provided training both nationally and internationally and has received several recognitions and awards for his outstanding performance throughout his career. He has also participated in various professional training programs across different countries.
Co-Founder and Managing Director - BayAsian
Aslam Shikdar has had a diverse and extensive career in the television and media industry. His experience includes working as a director (programs) at ATN Bangla from January 1, 2006, to February 14, 2019. During his time at ATN Bangla, he was responsible for developing and implementing key programs, both live and recorded. He has worked in various areas of television programming, including fiction and nonfiction, reality shows, news, and general TV shows.
In addition to his work at ATN Bangla, he has also held positions as an Associate Director at the Educational Puppet Development Center (EPDC) . He has worked with a range of media, including film, TV, and social media, at national and international levels.
As the Founder and Managing Director of Global Communication since July 7, 2008, he has been involved in all types of advanced communication media, including research, film, TV, and social media. He has also been an Additional Editor for the ‘Vromon’ traveling magazine since 2015, and he has written columns on various topics in national dailies irregularly. Furthermore,he has taught media and communication at the university level.
His specialties include idea generation, screenplay writing, program directing, editing, and marketing strategy. He has expertise in live and recorded program direction, show and production quality control, TV management, deviation, and investigations, as well as film, satellite TV, and social communication. He has experience in IT systems, risk management, organization and project management, new program introduction, office activities management, guest director management, quality equipment with manpower, and commercial management.
