unfortunately the time function doesn't work. I am trying to book a transfer, but can't select a time earlier than 5.30pm (I.e. the current time) even though the booking is obviously for a date in the future. Also the clock function is very difficult to use and doesn't spin well.

false advertising- they claim to offer £2.50 plus 10% off the price if you use the app... tried and got the exact same price as online.

Have been using ba transfer for some time but am very disappointed in the last journey. Rude driver who calls you up and tells you your 30 minutes is up and suddenly you are slapped qith extra waiting charges. While i ignored all previous instances of me waiting for thier drivers to show up. Thier driver last time messed up and ba transfer had to send an uber. The customer rep keeps repeating the same story. Not going to use ba transfer any more.
