Bought the expensive System. Very disappointed to the App. 1. There is no refresh button on the app. The status of the device is not updated from time to time. You have to close then relaunch the app to get the latest status of the device. 2. Could you please keep a log of the activies of the system of the primary pump, back up pump, water level, battery charging etc? 3. Could you please add an option to use the app notification as the alert rather than email or sms?

The app give a lot of good information about my sump pump. When it is really raining I can see its working without having to go into the basement. I can even check it when I'm not home.
