This application of Baseball Rules in Black and White is totally awesome. It gives you the umpire a great rules interpretations for NFHS, NCAA and MLB. What ever level you call. I was totally amazed at what I had in my hands and a quick reference at my fingertips. From definition to batting, pitching, baserunning, balks you name it, it there at your finger tips its one of most useful tools for any young aspiring umpire or veteran umpire. Again totally awesome job well done. Thanks Jim

Looks to be very handy. It is nice that three rule sets are easily accessed. I had a display problem originally on my device but the developer got back to me quickly after an inquiry and helped me successfully troubleshoot.

What a great app. I love it. An excellent resource when you are sitting at home or in the stands talking about the rule of baseball. Being able to pull up this resource and review the rules for NCAA and MLB makes for great conversation when talking about plays that may have happened in games, or on TV. Kudos to the dev team for designing/building an easy reading app. Looking forward to version 2.0.

I have had some chance to mess around with the app on my Samsung. My only regret about it, and I have mentioned it in the past to Jim, is that it was more comprehensive in having the full rule you are looking up. But I also understand his point about not being able to at this time. However, this IS a great resource for quick searches of your rule under any major rule set. And will force you to get into your rule book to research it more. Great job Jim!

Hands down the best user-friendly rules index currently in existence. Zero technical issues. Extremely easy navigation due to rules being categorized by topic. Rules are written in plain English, making comprehension much easier bu eliminating the legal-babble. Highly recommend to any baseball umpire out there! (Yeah and you too coaches and parents)

Best quick reference app out there. Amazing way to quickly study your rulebook. User friendly. Every amateur umpire, coach and parent sitting in the stands should have this app.
