Thank you for resolving my blank ID card issue almost straight away. It appears a number of people are experiencing the same problem which is a shame as it takes away the good work you are doing for the environment and exciting beers you provide for customers. I was too harsh in my previous judgement when things didn't go according to plan when joining. Ste 🙄

Great app. Great that it lists all the BrewDog pubs and where they are, viewing the food menu before you visit (which I think is really good). I'm a BrewDog Equity for punks member..... But where on the app is the digital ID card which gives you the discount. For the life of me. I searched on the app and can't find anything

As described by others users most features including most importantly the Id, benefits / QR code to use benefits don't appear. However, I contacted Brewdog via the FAQ section of their website about the issue and within 24hours they corrected the issue, it appears to be an issue with accounts rather than the app.

Logged in set location but no discount Qr code same as everyone else. Tried finding ways to fix with no obvious answer. Also now app will not even load. What's going on and can I please get some help?!

Been an EFP member for weeks, still don't have my member code, nothing shows in the app. Can't place and order until I get my code because you won't apply retrospectively. C'mon guys, I've a drouth on for weeks now. Sort the app so we can buy beer!!!!

Just doesn't work at all, will not let me log in even though when I enter the same details on the desktop site or Mobile page I can log in fine
