I called the number they gave to everyone else and they told me that I had to call Google Play and have them fix it. I called Google Play; they refunded my $ and said it was the developer's issue. This app needs to be fixed. Very dissatisfied in the Morris Media customer service and knowledge of their own app.

Your customer service department sucks. I bought two issues on October 25th, both show on my paypal, bank statements, and Google play account. I've been emailing your customer service for the past two weeks and they have not gotten me any closer to being able to view them. Giving me the same run around every single email. At this point I just want refunded, because I'll obviously never be able to view them with the lack of effort/help I've been getting.

Had no problem downloading the app, however, when I purchase a magazine (I purchased November 2015 and October 2015), I immediately received a notice: Unable to validate purchase receipt. Try again later. The purchase show up in my google wallet account as well as my bank account. The purchase was made, however, I am unable to view any content on the app. I have no input regarding the app since I cannot even see any content so I have to rate the app as "Hated it". However, i would really enjoy the app if I can see the content.

I recently bought the May And June magazines. Directly after it would not validate my purchase and let me view the magazines. I would like to give a better rating, but so far I am unable to. Developers can you help?
