It's my assumption that this company is no longer in business. I'm trying to get warranty work done for 3 weeks after 8 emails no response. I assume they took the investors money and clothes shops

Please update your app to work with more phones. The list you have now with compatible devices is a bit outdated. The fact I paid for they device and not be able to use it is a bit of an annoyance. Please update the app to the quality I have seen in your physical products so far.

I am unable to register an account with this app and therefore unable to use the trackers I paid for. I would advise looking at other companies with apps and trackers that actually work.

It works adequately. UI layout is a little confusing. I'd also like to see a manual for the device itself which explains the light patterns the device can generate.

Can't do anything with the app because it says I have no internet connection. Clearly as I'm typing this review on my device now I do. Fix your app please.
