Kinda' lame that you have to scan or manually enter a barcode/code from the receipt to get points. The receipt didn't have a barcode/code, so can't do it anyway. Almost seems like an app was made just to collect names and phone numbers for data mining. Why not have a member number that is given to the bartender/server when they are preparing your receipt for payment like every other reward membership program? The way it works now provides incentive for the bartender/server to not give the receipt back after payment and save them until the end of the night and enter them into a fake account they've made and get the points themselves. Entering date of birth is a bit off, I've used a lot of apps and work for a software company, so I figured it out after a few failures, but an older or less tech savvy person would have a hard time, and I see more complaints about this in other reviews. New reward program and new app, hopefully the reviews are taken seriously and some updates are made.

the app doesn't download in the bar for apple dosen't update android on their wifi. 24 hrs before it gives credit I won't know because it has problems a drink won't solve. not impressed staff didn't know how it works or promote it I had to ask how to get it.And the happy hour special was over before 7 pm! other then that drinks are good Mario is the best *

it does take a very special kind of dumb to make an app that asks for the birthday of a 21+ year old an require at least one click for every month between that birthday and the current month. thats a MINIMUM of 252 clicks just to get to the correct month, plus another click for the day. And that's for one field of the sign up screen. That is next-level bone-headed.

I signed up for the app with Facebook and received 75pts. Then I gave a friend my invite code that he used to sign up with, which should've given me another 50pts. I never got thosev points. And now it says my bar code (from the printer receipt the waitress gave me) is invalid. this is true if I try to scan it manually enter it! I can't get anymore points, this app is useless!

Doesn't seem to work. It scans the barcode, but always says it can't add points on transactions with alcohol, even though I've ordered no alcohol. This takes place at the Bar Louie in Woodbridge Virginia.

Has anyone used the app to enter their birthdate? Wow, worst interface ever! It only took me 5 minutes & a few hundred taps to move the calendar back to 1964. You need to open up the option to enter this info using a number pad!!! 😞😞😞
