As per 14 of October 2019 the developer has upgraded the system in line with Google maps now we can go for it. Out of order in Bangkok City why??? surely not pleasing grab taxi that is charging twice the real taxi fares rates.. We can not book grab taxis without knowing in advance fares prices.. We can not trust cheating Geab taxi only stupid people rely on not knowing..I.R. the app developer I learn is sorry working on the system failures going to refresh app look offering is to stay tuned.

most taxis charged more than double your estimate and travel times are way off too. need to revise or update your spp.

About this app

Calculate the aproximate price for a metered taxi drive in Thailand before hand.

This application uses the latest taxi meter rules and calculates the fare taking into account the distance and the traffic at the moment.

The application will show you the estimated fare for each possible route to go from one place to another using a taxi. On the settings you can choose if you want to avoid tolls or add a modifier to the traffic if you think the calculation is not too accurate.

As the taxi meter in Thailand depends not only on the distance but also on the speed, any unexpected accident or a specially bad traffic can change the time or route, and therefore price of any journey. This application gives you the best estimate, but in the end it is just only that, an estimate.

You can see information about the route, including some graphs about the expected speed or how much of the meter comes from the distance and how much from the traffic jam.

This application is totally free and has no ads whatsoever.
