I was advised of a low balance via email. I paid it. A few minutes later I received another notification that my acct was disabled due to a negative balance, which now shows - $40!! Before the company switch, the balances were updated timely. Now I'm paranoid that my acct isn't actually in good standing since the notifications are made sooo late. I disabled auto reload of payments because I would get notices that auto reload was made like three times in a row. very disappointing.

It stopped drafting a month ago. I never know what my bal is. They aren't taking any toll off my bal🤬

Since the ktag switch over for i70 to kc on cashless tolling. I've had nothing but problems with my bancpass. I loved it before the switch over on cashless toll. I've been blown off a few times by customer service about my concern. I do not have a bill with ktag and nothing has been charged to my account. I'm super fed up, I may just go directly through ktag themselves. Update: I wouldn't have come to a review to this but to warn others of the situation with the ktag locations in KS.

I would have never imagined a company to tell a hurricane survivor to just buy another tag. I spent well earned money to by a bancpass Toll sticker and have kept it current for several years. Only to learn that, at no fault of mine, I would have to purchase another tag. Here's the deal. I didn't lose my pass or misuse it. I was simply the victim of a natural disaster. I only wanted to replace my tag if it would not stick to another windshield, current one was demolished in the hurricane. SMH 😭

Something is wrong. I'm loading funds on my account and it says enabled but all of a sudden I'm getting Invoices from HCTRA 2-6 months later saying that my account was disabled on the same day I added $$. HCTRA says the problem is worth Bancpass.
