This is the first review I've ever written, and only because it has me so damn frustrated. Be wary of the mobile delivery option. Spent a load of money for seats and this app won't let me forward them to anybody. So now it seems I have to wait and meet everyone at the gate because the tickets have to be scanned on my phone. Spent 30 minutes with customer service, deleted and reloaded the app, nothing. First and last time for this bs

"Mobile ordering" part of app is garbage at NATS Park. The stadium wasn't even full, but the app wasn't letting people order food. The human excuse given was they were "out of food and couldn't keep up". I realize it was a holiday and super busy, but not the time to test an app out. People came to EAT, DRINK, and watch BASEBALL, not to stand in lines all day and try to figure out app. Also had a 4th of July promo for "free beer" but ONLY through the app (wasn't taking orders). 🤦‍♂️

Absolutely horrid app. Terrible that I have to sign up for an account to access tickets someone gifted to us. Trying to purchase 2 more and, even with being logged-in, the app isn't letting me purchase 2 more tickets. (And the $22.95 Service Charge: outrageous.) No mystery why MLB ratings are down dramatically.

Works well, but only if you don't need to forward tickets. When forwarding a selected ticket (that is not the first available seat?), the app still forwards ALL tickets for that game to the recipient, leaving you without one! The workaround is to recall one of the forwarded tickets for yourself, but the app should not behave this buggy way! I do like that scanning tickets was easy using the QR code. I also enjoyed the VR photo creator! Looks like the ballpark check-in might have been removed. 😕

Supposedly, this app offers the ability to order concessions and to save a credit card. There is no such thing in the app. I suppose it is possible that these features are only visible when I'm actually inside a ballpark, but that disagrees with their documentation which claims that I should store the credit card before going to the park.

Maybe the worst app ever created. Makes you log in twice to buy tickets then won't let you buy 2 tickets because wait for it..... KOEVED(sp on purpose) I don't need fact checked. It will let you buy 3 tickets cause that's the minimum for their "pods."
