About this app

E-building Manager Administration is an application, part of the E-Manager project, intended for building managers and for all participants who provide services to tenants of buildings. This application represents the IT system component of the "Smart City" application. The application is of administrative character and for its full use registration of authorized users is mandatory. Authorised users in E-building manager are:
- Building managers,
- Craftsmen / companies that are responsible for removing faults in buildings,
- Waste management companies,
- Chimney-sweepers,
- Communal (utility) services, in places where the building is located.

The authorised user after login, regarding to the type of user, gets access only to applications and inquiries for tenants of the building which has jurisdiction. A jurisdiction is determined by the Building manager. After logging in, the authorized user can independently answer the received questions or inquiries without the intervention of the Building manager.
The application has an implemented notification system for automatic notification of users (for instance a craftsman) about the requirements of tenants via a mobile device, which enables the dispersion of work assignments and faster communication with the tenants and everyone else involved, more efficient management and maintenance of buildings.
