I am a sitter and I have yet to be paid. I babysat on the 10th, it is now the 20th. I contacted support a few days ago but they haven't answered. I don't suggest using this app. They also charged the parent an $11 fee. Edit- It's now the 22nd of February and I was finally paid now that I wrote this review. Support never answered though.

I love that sitters can mark whether they are available for the time you need or not, even last minute.

No Filter. There is no way to filter criterias to search for what you want. There should be a way to filter and a way to sort ($/hr, yrs exp, CPR, special needs, tutoring, cooking, cleaning, etc...) Takes too much time to scroll through all of the available listings.

I found my most recent family on here but that was the one and ONLY time I received any type of message. They do not allow you to send out messages UNLESS the family In need of care messages you first. It's quite ridiculous.

I love this app. Great way to safely find sitters. I would like to recommend that the sitter could manually add days/times available. I work FT but on occasion I am off work and available to sit, this is where that info could possibly be helpful for someone needing a sitter on say a Friday morning or Wednesday afternoon.
