DMI Hotels is a National Sales Office that offers a curated collection of more than 100 distinctive hand-picked hotels, DMC’s, CVB’s and upscale retreats in the most popular event and meeting destinations throughout the US, Mexico, and the Caribbean!

Our customers are meeting professionals, international and domestic, corporate incentive travel planners, and anyone responsible for the planning and implementation of their organizations’ events. Our experienced team works in concert to make your meeting planning experience an easy and enjoyable one. With DMI Hotels, simply contact us and receive proposals from several of our hotels, DMCs and CVBs and enjoy a single point of contact for all your events.

DMI’s hotel partners are primarily independent properties that do not have an NSO of their own. Much like our DMCs, these companies retain DMI for hotel representation and marketing services to supplement their own on-property sales and marketing efforts. We perform a variety of marketing services including direct sales calls, tradeshow participation, solicitation efforts, incentive travel research and lead generation. DMI also organizes a partner referral program that allows our hotels, DMCs and CVBs to exchange leads and referrals with one another in a non-competitive environment.
