Only one thing, if you're a new-ish cook/baker, you might be a bit panicked when you don't see each second of the bake spelled out with it's own "step". Try to relax, read through a few times. Create your mis en plas ( each item weighed or measured out in advance) the recipes make their own steps, & you need not feel rushed. IF you are set up w/ all your ingredients, your utinsels, already prepared. After a few of recipes, family smiles & compliments, you'll know you're a baker! 🎶Nice!😁❤️🎵
