again app is down last 3 days i can not plan my trips in the start of August 2020 i have mentioned the the bus location error through email and they said we are working on it. We can not see bus live location. which kind of Devolpers Team you have that can not solve the issue in more than 3 months

I wish there was a zero rating! The app is not user friendly at all, and crushes a lot. Most of the functions are not working. Finally, not encouraging e-payment even though there is partnership with stc pay.

First the UI starts on the front page and then NOTHING EVER LOADS!! what's this ? I Can't plan a trip, can't see bus fares, can't see time tables, can't even see the bus news changes... what are you developers doing ? Work on it sheesh

This app looks like it should still be in development. None of the useful features work. The plan your trip feature does not auto populate the correct stops and the live location does not function at all. I would like to see this app once the development has finished. This should still be in testing phase and not released to the public

Lags. Crashes. Not easy to use. The space is cramped, and you cannot see the words. Even if the website tells you to download this app in mobile, DO NOT. Do it on your computer, Mac, or laptop. Way easier.

App rarely works. They should have an online website connected to their system instead. Much more accessible to the public if they have a website where it shows the correct locations of buses
