I was exited for these fans but the smart software experience is quite disappointing. First, the app feels very dated and unkept, like it was developed for the first Droid phone. And while there is Google Assistant integration, it's pretty bad (although, I wonder who is to blame for that). There is no support for SmartThings, which is a shame. And for a fan that costs $800+, it's all extremely disappointing. Please, do better.

The fan itself is great. We have the light kit which produces way more light than our previous lamp. We enjoy the Alexa integratiom. As of 1/2/2020 the ability to pair with Ecobee thermostats has been restored.

I love it but I don't like that it doesn't work on a generator now when my power goes off I have no ceiling fan besides that I love the fan they work on the generator now they fix the issue I believe

The app is very easy to set up and works quite well with the fan. It is also used to sync the fan with our Ecobee smart thermostat. The fan itself was expensive however it came with all the parts necessary for a quick and easy installation

Normally a great app. Recently I can no longer use it. It assumes I have no fans when I log in (I have many) and forces my to set up a new one. Works perfectly in iOS. Now the app just no longer works.

Would no longer connect to wifi. When setting it up, the app does not show the products to chose from, just the endless rotating loader.
