I wasn't satisfied by the service before but yesterday, I had a good experience I rent a bike and it was very good I had a problem in scanning code I called customer service and they were totally respectful and helpful.Thank you so much baddel team! Won't be the last time for sure!

yesterday I downloaded the app and charged my balance , the i spent more than 20 minutes trying to scan the code on the bicycle without any response ... then today I found my balance zero ... I tried to call their cell phone number several times then they return my balance back and told my that they are upgrading the systems

Spent 30 mins trying to scan the code (access denied message appeared) and after I scanned it successfully, the app showed that I rented two bikes at the same time from different stations and the timer was completely incorrect

I have tried it today, tried all the bikes in two different stations and it always gives error. tried to call their number but nobody responded. avoid unless you wanna throw your money in the trash and waste your time.

installed after seeing an advert on Facebook. on installing my phone automatically reset itself and when i loaded the app all i got after the initial name screen was a blank white screen so uninstalled.
