Not too difficult to use but not really intuitive about setting / selecting the time. No way to change the alert tone it seems. And when it goes off you must manually open the app to silence the alarm. Would be better if it popped a window to the screen automatically.

Exactly the pill reminder I wanted. Simple to set up and use. Did not need extra stuff like med names, strength, or description, just time reminder and alarm 5 times a day. Thanks!

I love this app. I actually use it for my pet. I have to give her medication four times a day, and this is so helpful. What I like the most is that the alarm works even when I have my phone set to Do Not Disturb. Its also much easier than other apps I have tried. Five paws!

The best and simplest alarm. Doesn't ask for personal info. Might be nice to have a button with advice about phone settings as I had a hiccup when I switched phones, but the developers responded quickly and explained which setting to tweak so it's great.

Works perfect all I needed, a reminder what it was and the time I needed it, complete works great,,another nice feature I'm noticing is if I took it or not and I can't figure that out I surely. Missed many and now I need to pay attention and take each time I missed a few by my own fault and it caught it nice

Just loaded it up I put four stars but I was going to put three till I see what happens tomorrow and the rest of the days this week but the fact that I can't take off a star that concerns me. However instead of asking people to write to you, give them instructions how to use your program. Yes you have set times but if you tap on the time you can change the time. A settings button or at least some instructions would be a great help.
