I was loving this app and used it often but went to upload more photos today to find my account has vanished. It prompted me to log in again with my email and password and then there was nothing there. Luckily have all photos backed up elsewhere! So frustrated and hoping it can be rectified as I liked the way it worked for organising photos by date and its easy for sharing with family. Reluctant to start again as I had over 3 years worth on there.

Why pay money to have your photos held hostage? In order to download anything you add you have to send a request and cannot download more than once a month. Your own photos. When the link for one child was sent and one was not, I contacted customer service. Rather than resend the link so I to download my photos and videos, they asked me to screenshot any emails to prove what I had been sent. Bad customer service. I've deleted my account and will go back to sharing free-of-charge platforms.

This is a fantastic app and I have used it for nearly 5 years when it was known as life cake. I pay the subscription and every photo and video of my children go onto the app. My selected family members can also access the app and add photos and pics, that I can edit if required. My only complaint is, since the app changed to back then, I can't add photos using my desktop. Is this something that will be looked at in the near future?

We love this app. I purchased the subscription because I needed more space so I did not have to delete memories (and I don't see any ads). We started using it four years ago when it was called Lifecake. The transition to BackThen was seamless. We just added a new grandchild's profile. This is a perfect way to share memories with family and friends privately and not on social media.

Our family loves this app. For the older generation you are still able to view all the pictures from a computer on a large screen which is more preferred by them. And i love how it is like a cloud storage with time stamps to see your child grow. The random treasures feature is always a nice touch to look back on.

I love this app to store my children's pictures. They are in chronological order and show the child's age or the date if multiple kids in pic. You can also export the pictures all at once or download singles. Only people invited can view it! It has been great for my grandparents to keep up with the kids. They are not tech savy and have had no problem accepting the invite or viewing the pictures. Worth every dollar!
