App requests excessive permissions (location for beacon ads), requires registration before providing set up instructions, and then won't connect reliably to provide instructions even after registering. Oh, and there are no hard copy directions with the product, so I still don't have what I need.

This App doesn't work, half the time it won't connect to server, when it does connect, I can't even sign into my account, it comes back invalid even though I can login on the web. I tried to us the contact form in app and it bounced back as u deliverable. How disappointing.

Useless. Wouldnt take the registration, and would give me any help. Nothing i could do to access the information i needed to install the car seat base safely. Should have manuals already in there to pick from, and should have embedded tutorial videos in said manuals.

My product came with bad packaging (reduced price) but no hardware. As well, the app doesn't allow installation help until you register. There is no barcode on the underside of my stroller. This app is a waste of valuable time and space.
