My video & images are on this site from my 4D ultrasound but when I try to download the pictures all I get is an error message. When I try to enlarge from the tiny thumb nail to screenshot it distorts the image. I have to send the image to myself as a link, open it up then I can screenshot it which I think is quite annoying. My almost 12min video sends as a clickable link to others which I am pleased about.

Ultrasound company tells you, you can download copies of your videos and pictures that you already PAID them for, off of this app, yet when you try to, your stuff doesnt come up in your gallery and they want you to pay for prints or some sort of memory package. So basically if you want to keep the images of your baby you have to keep this account or dish out more F****** money. You don't even deserve the one star, f****** money mongers.

edit: i downloaded the new version with the update and the videos STILL do not work videos will not play at all and the pics are blurry and distorted when you click to make them bigger to actually view them. pretty disapointed.
