I've used this app a few times to make some DVDs and clean up my phone. It's been easy and fairly quick to use. However, this most recent time when my videos linked to the app they were all out of order so I had to search to put them in the correct place. Then when trying to place my order it keeps saying "response error" and wont go through. I'll try again later and hopefully it will work and I didn't waste my time.

Does not work. As soon as I try to order, I get a message - "response error". I e-mailed customer support & at first they didn't even try to tell me why it's not working, but they made sure to tell me that the discount code was no longer available. They did Not offer another discount although it is their fault I couldn't use the code because the app doesn't work. Not good & not good service.

Great app with iPhones. I've ordered a ton of DVDs, very pleased. Their customer service is excellent. Quick responses. However, I recently switched over to an android and this app does not work the same. I haven't been able to upload any videos from my social networking sites. And when I try to upload from phone it just freezes. To unfreeze it, I had to uninstall and reinstall app. Basically, it is not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy so unfortunately I had to uninstall app. :(
