I've been on hold 3 different times today and EVERY TIME I'm "next", the app will crash and ask me to log back in or tell me I need intent. I HAVE internet! I AM logged in! I've been on hold since 9 am this morning. That's NOT an exaggeration! How am I supposed to provide a doctor's note if I waste all day waiting for a doctor's appointment I'm not going to get!?

I think this is a pretty good alternative when you just can't make it to a doctor or they can't schedule you soon enough! I waited for a physician for about 8 minutes, and my phone stayed on while i was on hold did i didn't worry about my session timing out, which was nice. My physician was very nice and helpful, got me a prescription right away! As for the app itself it is pretty straightforward and intuitive, the menu could use more leading between items and I'd change "Settings" to "Account"
