About this app

Fencing Pool and Score is an application that helps you manage pool bouts on top of being a regular scorekeeper.

Pool Functions
This app allows you to create a pool of 4 to 10 fencers as well as generating the USA Fencing bouting order that goes with each pool size. One can start bouts by holding down on the individual bouts in the bouting order, and once a bout is completed, one is prompted on whether or not they would like to store the result to the pool table. Bouts are stored based on the numbers assigned to each fencer at the top of the scorekeeper, and if the fencers are off sides, one can simply reverse the numbers at the top (e.g. 4-6 to 6-4). The pool table provides a zoomable visual representation of the pool that is filled out automatically as bouts are completed. It also provides additional information such as the victoires, victories over matches, touches scored, touches received, and indicator of each fencer. One is also able to go back and change scores and reassign victories of bouts that have previously been completed. With this, one can simply focus solely on directing during the pools and until the pool is over to fill out the pool sheet.

Scorekeeper Functions
This app also functions as a standard scorekeeper, so you can use it for direct eliminations and club bouting too. It keeps tracks of score, cards, time, and priority. One can also display cards and priority through a dropdown menu at the top right corner of the app. This app also removes many inconveniences encountered in previous scorekeeping apps, such as allowing one to set the time to anything by using the Set Time button, rather than having to set them to fixed amounts.

Compatibility
This app is only compatible with smartphones, not tablets.
Minimum fully supported phone size is 480 x 800 hdpi (The size of the Nexus S).
The UI for the scorekeeper will adjust based on the size of your screen e.g. the size of the start button, the display for the score and time, as well as other buttons will grow as the screen gets larger.
Supports phones using Android API 17 (Android Version 4.2) or greater.
