La famille Arslantas est active dans la restauration depuis plusieurs décennies. Appuyé par sa famille, Oncel, le nouveau propriétaire, a repris le Restaurant du Port en mars 2014.

A 30 ans à peine, c'est la 4e enseigne qu'il dirige. Après avoir tenu le Buffet de la Gare à Courtelary, le Terminus (toujours en activité) et le Restaurant d'Espace-Cité à la Chaux-de-Fonds, il mise désormais sur le joyau de la restauration de Erlach : le Restaurant du Port.

Construit en 1892, idéalement placé, le Restaurant du Port a de suite conquis les touristes et les visiteurs par sa modernité et sa carte alléchante. Il reste aujourd'hui un incontournable lieu de délectation dans un cadre fantastique.

Avec sa terrasse de 170 places, c'est le point de départ et d'arrivée obligé de tout marcheur ou cycliste se délectant du tour de la magnifique île Saint-Pierre.

Rousseau ne s'y est pas trompé. A deux pas du lac et des plages, à quelques encablures du port, le Restaurant à l'allure de châtelet accueille la clientèle qui désire se rafraîchir ou se sustenter.

Avec sa carte proposant des produits de la région et des poissons lacustres tels que les filets de perche et de sandre, le Restaurant du Port vous assure la touche finale d'une balade paradisiaque.
