Doesn't work at all, got a fire that I cannot use because if a useless app. Wish I'd read the reviews first, I would not have purchased the fire. For the cost of the fire you would of thought a remote would of been supplied. Disgusted.

Can only connect one device at a time, very disappointing app. Can't turn on the flame light without turning on the heater... i can lower the temperature so it doesn't blow heat but the noisy fan still runs. Badly needs a fix for such an expensive fire.

When the App finds the fire it works really well. However for the most part the fire is not found which is unacceptable for a very expensive fire. This App needs updating as a matter of urgency unless you want to waste hours trying to connect.

Absolutely terrible. The app will not connect to my fire. I have exhausted all options given in the user manual. This is disgusting given the price of the fire, it should come with a reliable app !!!!

Fitted today, not impressed so far, phone reads connection failure, uninstalled, installed still does not connect, for a very expensive fire this app is rubbish. Not worth a star, had to give it one otherwise would not let me post.
