Esta aplicación para Smartphones permite notificar cualquier tipo de emergencia que le pueda ocurrir al beneficiario de un servicio de asistencia al viajero contratado a través de American Express, desde cualquier parte del mundo.

Con esta herramienta los usuarios de Assistance On the Go tendrán la posibilidad ya sea realizar una llamada de emergencia a nuestra central de alarma o de notificar, a través de la misma aplicación, la situación por la cual necesitan ayuda.

Assistance On the Go facilita la comunicación y agiliza el proceso de solicitud de asistencia.
Lo único que hay que hacer es registrar los datos del titular de la Asistencia en Viaje en el aplicativo para poder registrar alguna emergencia y recibir la atención solicitada.
