Poorest app I have ever seen. Why the hell did you guys launch the app in the first place. It's so basic, a 10 year old might have designed the app. The support team is so slow, it takes a whole day to respond to a simple question. Concept of the app is all good to deliver from local stores, but the app needs a lot to be done. I am sure I will get a copy paste response from the support team now to tell them what the problem is.

App does its job and was very helpful during shelter in place but way too many notifications (4+ each day) reminding you to order groceries. They also send text messages. Minor point: 'Track my grocery' feature always shows 'one stop away', even if the actual delivery happens hours later.

While we appreciate the service in this situation, the app, shopping options, tracking needs serious revamp.

This app is a time saver! I love it because it gives me back some precious weekend time that I spent shopping which I now spend with family. I add items during the week and schedule a weekend delivery, all fresh groceries are picked at store prices and delivered in promised time for free! They also have a very customer friendly refund policy if you are not happy with the quality of some product. It definitely is a blessing when you live in neighborhood with no good Indian stores around.

Misleading prices/Rip-off - I ordered groceries from a nearby store for $110, along with a promotional first-time discount of $10. Turns out, all prices are increased once the order is processed. Some prices more than doubled. With replacements, the final price was nearly $160. 45% ($50) increase in total amount is unacceptable and I raised a complaint. The prompt customer care asked for a list of items replaced for a proposed refund. Sadly, they refunded only 20%($20). Truly disappointed!

Worst app. The very first thing it ask for entering the zip code but when you enter it says zip code not found😏 seriously !!
