Using BlueStacks

Once AW Touchpoint came up on my screen I could not use my phone for anything else without booting. Trying to accept my first call was a 20 minute ordeal and when I finally cut & pasted my "secret password" & connected I was alone on the call..... After 15 minutes of lost time I hung up on AW Touchpoint. If my doctor wants to visit me online he will have to use ZOOM! (It works every time & is simple for old farts to use & understand.) Going to reboot now....... :(

this was very easy to do once I downloaded the app. I was able to see my doctor clearly. the only problem that I had was the volume was very low.

I can barely hear anyone! The volume goes off my phone's call volume, but I can't very well hold my phone up to my ear during a video visit. Please fix this!
