Awful just rubbish! Interface looks like a school project and I can't book a ticket! If there is no seats available why does it take me to the seat reservation section?! I'm tempted to bloody hire a car!

Awful! Can't use the app to amend ticket date and noticed that the cancellation feature is also gone from the app...on FAQs they say you can now do it via web log in but it doesn't work so now i have to call them to do something i could do in 5 seconds before. Instead they introduce a journey planner? Why? I want my train ticket app so i can book and manage my tickets and this app has now basically become useless... I'm just going to use trainline from now on.

All tickets look the same, really have to think which is the town I'm going from or to.... better if they are left to right with an arrow? Spent tickets and future ones look the same, why not grey out old tickets? Also the oldest is on the top, so to get to the newest I have to scroll down, why? Trainline is much more user friendly.

Gives misleading low fares then charges more. This may be just when you try to use a railcard. Just tried to claim Delay Repay - that doesn't work properly either. Next time I will use their competitor's app to book my seats on the Avanti train...

This app really needs someone to get a grip on pre-release testing. Just when you think it's working ok, something changes and it all goes wrong again. All of my pre booked tickets now have the same date on them..

I booked 2 single trips but when you click on any one of 4 tickets it gives you the same ticket . Supposed to be able to use as e ticket can't use for one leg of my journey. Needs replacing with something else?
