Installed this product 2 weeks ago. As there was a minor blip with the installation it was rectified by Kubu and all was well. I was able to connect fairly quickly. In my case it took nearly an hour to settle and get into full working mode. Probably depends on location. Customer service cannot be faulted, very helpful when needed and Tom has since contacted me to make sure all is good. The product itself is very neat. All in all very happy and does the job.

Such a great idea! No more worrying about if I've locked the front door when I'm out or that sneaking doubt as I get into bed! The team at Kubu are really helpful too. Would highly recommend!

Good product. I added Kubu on one door to start with then when and purchased a second sensor. Would recommend to anyone who has a Kubu enabled door. Jack123

Absolutely excellent and very useful. Just had all new doors fitted and noticed it came with the Kubu facility which is purchased as an option and reasonably priced. The features where you can check the apps log for the locking and unlocking of your door is very useful. Also, the perimeter feature is quite useful too and simple to set up and use. Finally, you can set reminders or status messages of your door status at set times of the day. Worth every penny.

Brilliant device. Means never leaving home again and wondering if you've locked the doors. No more going to bed and having to get back up to check the doors are locked. Use mine to make sure the children have feed the dogs and let out when I'm not there. And should someone attempt to break in and unlock the door I'd know straight away and could call the police.
