Gps location keeps freezing. Constantly need to refresh.

App is effective and the dispatchers are wonderful people to deal with but this app would be immensely better if it didn't constantly crash. I have to close and reopen the app 15 to 20 times on average in an 8 hour shift. Another annoyingly persistent problem is I usually have to tap "on site," "in tow," and "clear" 3 to 5 times before the status actually changes. One thing that would be really helpful would be some kind of chat window between disp and the drivers to avoid the phone recording.

Horrible app horrible customer service First off its dangerous. This app will have you messing with your phone while in traffic. In my state its against the law to have your phone in your hand while driving. Otherwise this annoying beep beep just keeps going untill you silence it. To do so you have to back out of maps (because they cant put a cross street in. Just a freeway) go into the ar app silence the beep beep and go back to maps. You'll get this notification 3 times in 20 minutes.

this app sucks . freezes up. has a mind of its own. im constantly getting calls all hours of the night from my dispatchers waking my kids and myself up,just to refresh the app. cause im not showing up on there map. i have had to completely uninstall this app 2 times because it froze up. location of accidents are incorrect. all my coworkers and drivers from other companys who i ask about there experience with ar dispatch. nothing but bad things are said. please get it fixed

I have this app on two phones. a cheap phone and a top shelf phone, different networks. App barely works. Location has to be refreshed multiple times every couple of hours. If you dont it will show you to be in another state. The app dosent always ring sometimes calls come in canceled already or it won't ring but auto return will call you and say you have a call. When selecting the tow status you will have to push the same button 3 times, photos dont always upload.
