Edit 9/17 - the Waste Level Gauge kicked back in sometime in the last 24 hours. Thanks for the quick work. The app update 9/11 seems to have killed the gauge that shows how full the drawer is. It won't move past empty now though everything else works fine. Won't deduct anything until I see if they come out with a fix. Otherwise, I'm at one year in, and couldn't be happier with this product. The app itself is pretty adequate. A link to order supplies would be nice.

This app is pretty good, better than I expected for a litter box companion app. There are two items keeping this from a five stars. Sleep mode has to be exactly 8 hours. When there's a cat sensor fault related to my cat pawing at the litter for more than 2 minutes. Hitting the physical cycle button on the robot clears the issue...but the app won't let me initiate that cycle, which is a pain. Anytime the physical button should let me initiate a cycle, so should the app.

App is as good as my old litterbox. Good for some things, not for others. It tells me when the cats use it and when it's full but I cannot reset the guage from the app. I have to keep the buttons on the Litter Robot locked because of my mother with dementia who likes to push buttons all over my home. Otherwise she would constantly be turning it off or cycling it. So the app was a huge plus for me and why I spent the extra money. 2 weeks into having this litter box I am doubting my $700 purchase.

Works on a basic level. Few quick requests. My cat loves jumping in a newly cycled litter. Which triggers it again. Would be great if a setting was added so that for x min after a cycle it ignores the cat sensor. Also would like time stamp in history. Currently just says 1d ago 2d ago etc. I'd like to see the time. Why is sleep mode a forced 8 hr window. Why can't I set my own window for sleep like 1130pm to 6am?

Overall Im happy with the Litter Robot & Connect App. But @ 2nd month I started having the Blue Light & Reset problems that ALOT of people are complaining about. Im a professional do it your selfer & a techy. Couldn't find the answer I was looking for. Long story short, for my problem, & i would bet for many others. All you need to do is once a month or so is clean the litter dust off the sensor. Don't know why this simple info is not on a insert leaflet or a sticker on new Litter Robots?

The app used to work fairly well but then my phone got Android 11 a few days ago and now the Waste Level Gauge metre doesn't work anymore. The app needs to be updated so that it will work properly with newer versions of Android Update - Everything is working great. Best device for cats to have clean Kitty litter and the app is fantastic for keeping track of things
