Driver distance is rarely accurate and the app always says 'Payment Declined' on multiple cards even when they all have sufficient credit. Instead I am told by the operators "Well you just have to use cash" - why should I have to pay more than a fixed rate because of an app issue? No improvement and same issues for 2+ weeks now.

Absolutely useless. Have had 'payment declined' multiple times from different accounts which have plenty of funds. They then send out a text to pay ahead which doesn't work and force you to pay by cash. They will not fix it as they are money grabbing and want to take as much of your money as possible. Will advise all to NOT use this company and especially this app.

Takes money for no reason, to verify your payment card it takes money. But then only refunds it if you book a taxi. The app crashed so took money and didn't verify my card so I couldn't book a taxi. Phoned up but they couldn't help so I have to claim back from my bank.

You have to enter your card details before you get any indication of price. Went elsewhere instead.
