very easy to use. One thing that needs to be taken care of though. Drivers arrivals updates sometimes are not correct. the driver has arrived and the application still shown as driver is 3 minutes away...

The app won't recognise login details for a significant period of time after registering. Unusable for my requirements.

Awful app - said no cars available so I arranged transport elsewhere. Got a message 30mins later to say a taxi was outside! When I rang the office, they told me I should've cancelled (...a trip I never confirmed!)

im disgusted i ordered a cab on the 5th of April for next day for 6:20am and the cab didnt turn up on time so i had to cancel the booking which is bad, for the amount they charge i expect good punctuality as well as good service whuxh i did not get and to top things of yellow cars then call me saying the cab was there and i cancelled the booking when he was there was hirribke i know the cab was not there because a the tracker showed the cab near eden station and i checked outside and no cab

App does exactly as it needs to and is easy to use. Reccomend it 👍👍👍

I'm quite upset with this app. I was using it recently quite often but I think I'll switch to uber. First of all they've never succeed in getting a taxi on time when ordered for specific time. They either were coming ASAP, even though I ordered a taxi to come 30 minutes later, or they were completely late like they've forgotten about my booking. Second of all on some days they are changing prices but it does not show in the app, they tell you about it when your taxi is already there, sometimes it's even double price. I just paid 12 pounds for 6 minutes drive it's ridiculous. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars not 1 is because some of the drivers were really lovely and it was a pleasure to have a ride and a chat with them. But the application and those surprise double prices are really not deserving even 1 star.
