Sent an email to book taxi, as app wouldn't work in Thailand, email sent on October 1st Subject title : Taxi from LHR T 2 2nd October 2019. They sent a taxi on the first then started to call me it was 2.30am in Thailand, I was not best pleased. Needless to say, when I got to LHR T2 there was no taxi. I had used this company for the last 12 years, I shall not be using them again.

App indicates professionalism. They aren't. Booked taxis through app. Late or don't turn up if you don't answer calls, despite saying know your whereabouts. Manager doesn't care
