Never using this app or company again 😠😠I ordered a taxi last week and it was late this week I booked a taxi and after waiting 10 minuits looked back on the app to track my car and it said my booking was cancelled so I rang they said my booking was cancelled because they couldn't get to me on time if I want a taxi I'd have to wait 15 mins so I agreed now it's been another 10 mins since it was meant to be here 😠😠😠

Uninstalling! Fed up of taxi always going to the wrong house/end of the street. Changing taxi firm anyway as this one overcharges & always take the long route

Arranged a taxi, got my confirmation, called them 5 mins after it was supposed to be here and then get told without an address they cannot send one. I send the address when I booked it!!!!! Will not be using this or their taxis again.
