Does not work at all, can't even register

Have consistently used Victoria because they're local to me for the past 4 years. I don't think they have as many drivers any more: getting a cab at certain days/times is nigh impossible. Furthermore, the app is apparently not for use for "short notice" bookings only advance jobs. If this is so why have an "as soon as possible" option and a counter that tells me how soon you can get me a cab on your app? I feel like this app is trying to compete with über (which is big in Leicester) and failing.

The app doesn't work properly. It wouldn't email my forgotten password to me, but insisted I already had an account. After trying various passwords I logged in. It's displaying a list of locations in Portugal. I'm in Birmingham Airport and it's telling me my home in Leicester is over 1000 miles away.
