Very bad app, you book a taxi but the taxi never turns up, tried ringing them but they kept saying that the taxi would turn up shortly, waited an hour for it to come so ended up cancelling it and booking with another taxi service, moral of the story is dont use this app cause the taxi will never turn up

Kinda useless since its faster to call them and they expect you to call them anyway to confirm, utterly pointless.
