Cuatomer Service is shocking I booked an ASAP car through the app and waiting over 10 minutes for someone to pick up the job to then ring them enquiring where my cab was and be hung up on. Ring a second time and be told id booked ir for 17:15 which i did not. Then to wait further then the job get cancelledlled by the company to ring a third time and be told id cancelled it which i didnt and be told to wait a further 30 mins when i askes where my 17:15 cab was they hung up on me. 1hr half wasted.

Great app, it works well for me. I like to know how long I have to wait and I think it's a great idea to know your driver and their car for safety.

cabs say that thay will be 8 minutes call them 30 minutes later and thay say on way 10 minutes later the cab is cancelled but still charge you wait 48hrs hours for refund 2nd time it happend

Horrible driver. I missed his call at 10.49, called him back at 10.50 and was told he has left because I didn't pick up the phone while he was nowhere to be seen infront of pick up address! What a horrible driver! I have taken screenshot of his picture and call log and would like to make complaint, please advise how Skyex????

booked a cab the night before..due to high demands as tube not running they used my booked cab for another run resulting in a missed flight..not even sorry. appaling.
