They may have re designed the app but it's still as useless as ever, I can never book a taxi on it yet when I call they always accommodate, it's doesn't see to ever let you book a booking that's going to be more than a 3 minute wait, and how unrealistic is that!

Love the app. Great to be able to track the driver and see how long its gonna be to wait. Always easy to use and the option to call them is handy too

Unable to search for destination

We booked the taxi the night before thru the app. The taxi was suppose to pick us up at 5:50am today as we have a coach due at 6:15. It didn't arrive so we called the operator only to find out that they didn't have any taxis available at that time, and we were told that we should have booked thru a phone call to know that there weren't any taxis available at 5:50am. What's the purpose of the app then? They managed to find a driver to pick us up at 6:10am, but still we missed our coach.

Very inaccurate....app says 3 mins but when you call the company 20 mins layers they advise it's 45 mins to an hour would rate lower if possible.
