Booked a taxi, chose to pay by card, received texts to keep me updated where it was and when it arrived. Arrived at my destination when driver said my card declined and to transfer the money direct to his bank, so did it as was on the spot. Once in my home I phoned Tiger Taxis explained what happened, they had no record of my booking at all. Very suspicious

Despite the option to pay by card, I've tried to add two different bank cards to the app and an error message keeps coming up. So at the moment the app only accepts cash payment in the taxi. Very inconvenient when most people don't carry cash on them these days.

Overall I've had a positive experience booking through the app. The taxis generally arrive on time, so long as it's off-peak. It's nice to be able to pay by card and have never had an issue in that respect. At peak times however (fri & sat evening), having been told by the dispatcher when I called to complain about a late arrival, it would appear the app does not take priority over phone calls; despite making bookings in advance. Side note: There's a lot of fake reviews on here for some reason

Great app, lets you order a Tiger Taxi (Cwmbran/Newport area) asap or for a later time. You can also add in your card details to be able to pay by card rather than cash. The app shows you a list of all your upcoming bookings and once the taxi is dispatched, you can track button it is on the map with an estimated time of arrival as well as vehicle type, reg and driver name. Very useful as if you keep an eye on it you'll know when the taxi is 5 minutes away so you can be ready to leave!

rubbish rubbish rubbish!! you book a taxi for a certain time, to gove you enough time to get to work and its always late!!!! i have used it a few times and been let down everytime. pay the extra for a stop at the bank. its not worth my anxiety going through the roof because im going to late for work. its shameful!! i am deleting it i am not happy. im so frustrated im going to be so late for work its not worth it

Since updated it, every card I try and add, says this the given key is not in the dictionary.... driving me mad....
