I tried with this taxi service but cannot any longer if I pay the quoted fair using my card drivers will purposely drive a longer route to cancel my transaction and attempt to charge the new fair on my card when they shouldn't. drivers are rude half the time and don't want to follow to directions. found a new taxi service who also have a app. prefer to this one.

Much prefer old one load's a lot quicker and map was much clearer to read and gave great landmarks I knew where I was going with it. This new one driver didn't even stop outside my home at to call him to tell him where I was. Have trouble walking and need it right outside my door.😠

3 times I've downloaded the "new" app and it still seems to think that when I book a taxi for asap it's going to be 517 minutes before it arrives. Something's definitely not right with it.

Deleted App after 10 minutes... My address cannot be found 🙄 I live in a new build..the road was built 4 years ago..more than enough time for the map and search option to be updated!! Waste of time!
