Horrible, inconsistent, booked a taxi after one hour NO dispatch NOT even got a call from them still no dispatch. If I could I give half or none starts I would.

I think they should just go with Fox Taxi as they're not so Swift anymore. Maybe too many City/County contracts and inability to take care of drivers so they jump ship to Uber.

I loved this at first because it was like Uber but without the fluctuating prices. But then I noticed they kept taking pennies out of my account at random every few days. I've tried to contact them twice about this and had no response. I can't find a way to change my card details or delete my account. So they're basically stealing money from me penny by penny and there seems to be nothing I can do to stop it other than blocking their transactions with my bank. Which is a shame because originally I had wanted to use this app exclusively instead of Uber.

This app is totally useless it wouldn't even let me register for the app, it just keeps saying error sending verification code. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but it's the same just a buggy app!!

Terrible app, if you manage to navigate booking a cab they lie to you about arrival time, telling me I had to wait over an hour more after already waiting half an hour. Stick with Uber. these guys shouldn't be uni endorsed for sure...
