The app is okay, but for some reason when you quit the app, it doesn't shut down and continues to run in the background. The only way to close it is to force shut the app which is rather annoying.

Everytime I've ordered a taxi it has taken 40-60 minutes to arrive, one time I was waiting in the cold for over an hour. Not reliable.
