My taxis are always late, so I'm either always late to work or late getting home from work when I book through this app. Also on a few occasions when I have cancelled a taxi, the taxi still turns up then I get charged for it, even though the app tells me the booking has been cancelled!

Normally great. Recently the app is broken. It keeps telling me I can't book another car.. When I haven't even booked my first for the day.. Please fix, or put card machines back in the cars

Cant get on the app it says invalid email address and wont let me reset password so I have deleted it and will prob use a different taxi firm

booked a taxi as my partner was in labour paid for it on the app money went out of the bank we confirmed the address with the driver before getting in. Half way there she got a message saying car cancelled and the driver said its a cash fare... Double checked the bank and the money had gone out. Told the driver this he said its cash fare il take you to the bank... My partner was in agony at this point I said il ring the office he said no and took me to a cash point. Horrible company
