Good drivers, waiting time is a disgrace booked a taxi the other week said 5minutes when sorting destination once booked had to cancel after 30minutes got in touch with another arrived in 3mins. Now changed phones will not let me log in

Brilliant app! My family have used Speedline and Interline for years, so this app was really helpful. I did ask some of the drivers' advice before downloading it. Just a slight oversight on my part first using it, concerning the fare - the pending transaction was larger than the fare itself. Contacted Speedline, who explained it clearly and assured me I wasn't overcharged. Zero complaints - superb taxi company - superb drivers!

App gives timescales that are absolute lies. Was given a 5 mins wait time several times and each time I cancel waiting after 30 mins. Drivers continually cancel jobs because they can't be bothered. Today I waited 35 mins and the driver called me and as I didn't answer he cancelled the job completely. I'd rather hitchhike in Edward Kempars car than use these ever again.
