Edit: 4 days later and still waiting for the refund of £3.03 that they took from my account as "card checks". Takes £1.01 every time you book as a card check, on top of your fare, to be refunded within X amount of working days depending on your bank. Not great.

Booked a taxi, said 20 mins, after 30 called and they said it's just around the corner, called after another 10 mins and same answer, gave up after 50 mins. Was obvious by tracking in the app that they were redirecting the taxi

Waited half an hour after the app said 5 then the driver drove off after 2-3 minites waiting. The tracker doesn't work in the app either so it's pointless using the App anyway.

Inaccurate ETAs and generally just says "can't take bookings at this time"
